if you intend to cook green bean soup , soak the beans in water and freeze it. cut the cooking time to half an hour.
or 1. you can fry the green beans with half a small bowl of water.
2. fry until the water runs dry for about 5 mins and
3.then when the water drys up add another half bowl of water.
repeat step 2. reduce cooking time also.
you can use these methods for red beans, brown beans and all sorts of beans.
for me myself:
1)large amount of pandan leaf(best is wild pandan leaf deep in madai jungle)
2)green beans
3)sago (moderate amount )
4)dried orange pee ( remove wind/bloating)
5)sugar.
cook till the bean rotten,add sago,add sugar.
