Hi SBF brothers, it is December and it is that time of the year when we begin to feel nostalgic.

Just sharing something from our childhood.

I think this was how Sam's Alfresco Coffee Shop used to look like at that time!

I wonder which character in this cartoon depicts our boss Sam? The chicken rice seller, the helper carrying many cups of kopi on one tray, or the mischievous one opening the glass bottle cap, huh?

Anyway, this message is for the PAP, can I have my old style kopitiam back??? No PRC helpers, and no big food courts please.

We have lost so much of our unique Singaporean (or Malaysian-like) culture in the name of "progress".

I miss Lat's cartoons.

Can order the 荷兰水 from your neighbourhood provision shop. They will deliver the carton to you. Can even ask them to mix and match different brands of drinks into 1 carton of 24.
