cloud computing and storage.

There is this company that has been pestering me to use their cloud storage. The storage solution looks good for my needs as I have problems with having many duplicates data in the branch offices. With cloud storage, all offices use 1 data file, instead of maintaining different file for different branch. Another advantage is able to access data anywhere and anytime.

I did think about security. Anything else to watch out?

It's all a cycle. 1st there were mainframes, stored in big rooms, with rows and rows of steel cabinets. People use terminals that are connected to it and use applications that runs on it. Then Pc, everything is local, you can have your own applications on it, own file etc. Now cloud computing, located in a big room with rows and rows of steel cabinet. Accessible via apps.
