thanks but i went over every iodine product at iherb............all contain very little iodine though Atomidine is good too.................. so Lugol's the best option

can make iodine yourself, one of the ingredient is opium, I think.

eh, i tried to order from a few sellers at Amazon to buy iodine but they say won't ship here leh...............how come ah ?
