to credit all chinese martial arts to DaMo is nonsense. Chinese had been fighting for thousands of years before this indian priest went to china to spread buddishism. Plenty of stories about feats of chinese doing the impossible during the Spring & Authumn period and also during the Warring States. while i have no doubts DaMo did his part in improving martial arts in china but to claim all martial arts come out of shaolin was nonsense.
