Just now CH 8 news reported for HDB resale flats prices, Woodlands fetch the lowest resale HDB prices in both the 3-rm and 5-rm flats catergory among all the various HDB estates in Singapore .

Why har? Is it becos too many malaysians in Woodlands or is it Woodlands is the nearest Estate to Malaysia? hahaha.

Btw, I'm not staying in Woodlands.
