according to Law, if corruption activities (bribe) happened in Singapore, CPIB must investigate and arrest eventhough these people are american.

the crux of this thread to to enlighten people to the fact that even with highly paid salaries or rewards, corruption is still rife.

this would bring us to the asshole who quoted the reversed and now sits highly on the throne with the outrageously obscene pay in the entire universe.

it wasn't lky who was the initiator. however, he was swayed to endorse it. i think it was woody. singapore after woody has become very much more stressful with his lame promo of "excellence and lumpar 1" infatuation. everything from education to a simple working life, it is become very stressed whch isn't a very happy condition. :(
