No ice kachang stall opens on Monday?

Had a craving for ice kachang today during lunch. Drove to one hawker centre which had only one dessert stall. It was closed.

Drove to another where there are two. Both were closed.

Drove to Newton. There were soft drink stalls and stalls selling sugar cane juice. But the dessert stalls were closed.

I understand stalls usually close on Monday after a busy weekend. And maybe the stalls were only closed during the day but will open in the evening.

So where to go for ice kachang on Monday afternoons?
