Senibong Cove

How much are they selling now? Prices are starting to move up quickly. Think if planning to buy probably gotta make the decision quickly.

Seems like the momentum is building up quickly.

Saw the showroom. It's quite nice. I would say the layout is one of the better ones in Johor currently.
I can't wait to see how it will turn out..
Johor is really ramping up to be a very exciting speculation place. People so much money buying left and right.

Heard that they are planning some Singapore launch. But it's mainly for the bungalows. The bungalows are pretty nice. I think when pple see it, they will remind pple of Sentosa Cove.

Anyone heard of another development that a Singapore company joint venture with Walker group to build near the island?

Is it the property arm of shoes retailer, Charles & Keith, where Walker Group is reported to own 20% ? Where is the land? Near Senibong Cove?

It's to be assessed from the island.. after the bridge turn left at the round about. There should be a canal over there, cross it and the development should be at that region.

I just wonder how will they manage the development since its competing with Senibong cove. How's the potential additional traffic load?
It will be interesting to see.

But the estate is apparently designed by Swan and Maclaren one of the oldest architect firms in Singapore. They designed Raffles hotel

then many girl girl with be buying there, got lady shoes..OMG..OMG..:D

Now that you have described, I think it's that piece of land lying behind the mangrove swamp (facing the riverfront houses). Ya, the access road is the one now transporting the building materials to the island.

The good thing is it appears that the access road to that piece of land is from another later exit from the EDL, after Senibong Cove exit, as it is on the other side of Luchoo River. The Senibong Cove exit is serving Senibong Cove only.

If that estate is also beautifully planned and designed just like Senibong Cove, it will make the whole area very picturesque. After all, they design pretty beautiful ladies' shoes, don't they?

Hope so. But they are first time developers. So not too sure whether they have the track record for this or not.

On paper look nice is one thing but most be able to execute.

That's why Walker's 20% participation is probably a good thing to be able to tap on the Co's experience and expertise. It would probably also ensure that the development would take into consideration of Senibong Cove to blend in and not affect the aesthetics of our estate.

Since that piece of land is also quite close to Luchoo River, Walker's participation should also ensure non pollution of the river by the new development. Overall, I think it is a positive development to Senibong Cove.
