台北市一名方姓員警，發現太太怎麼突然變得冷淡，還經常吵架，找朋友幫忙跟蹤後發現，太太竟然和公司一名陳姓經理，一起甜甜蜜蜜的合吃一碗麵，又發現兩人不是手牽手逛夜市，就是跑到海邊玩，相當親熱。氣得方姓員警一狀告到法院，雖然方姓經理不斷強調兩人只是朋友關係，但法院最後還是是判決陳姓經理敗訴，得賠償10萬元。
卡通電影裡的浪漫場景看得人好生羨慕，但現實生活，浪漫歸浪漫，有人因此吃上官司，還得賠上10萬元。一名台北市的方姓員警，找朋友跟拍疑似出軌的妻子，卻發現太太和一名男子同吃一碗麵，偶爾再來個甜蜜親嘴，讓方姓員警氣炸了，之後才發現同吃一碗麵的男子，是太太上班公司的陳姓經理，氣得提告求償100萬。
方姓員警說，他經過一段時間蒐證，發現太太和陳姓經理不僅同吃一碗麵，還手牽手逛夜市，甚至跑到海灘玩，在沙灘上追逐，並肩坐在沙灘上摟摟抱抱。陳姓經理則是辯稱，因為女方胃口不佳，看到他吃麵肚子也餓，才會讓女方也嚐一口，到海灘玩都是女方主動投懷送抱，強調自己非常自制，但這樣的說法似乎沒有被法官接受。
加上方姓員警的女兒爆料過，說爸爸出差的時候，媽媽都會帶著她和公司的阿伯一起到阿公的別墅住，讓方姓員警堅持告到底，法院在看過跟拍畫面後也認為，男女共吃一碗麵的過程舉止動作太過親密曖昧，明顯超過一般友誼，判決陳姓經理敗訴，得賠償10萬元。
