One "magician" must have not paid his overdue stable fees, so they let horses run...'born free, as free, as the wind blows'...:D

There is a horse riding place in Pasir Ris. They could be retired racehorses.

But they should not be running around as they are a traffic hazard,,what if the horse runs on the road or they might kick pedestrains,,the owners should be responsible for any accidents and incidents caused.

..It has polluted Pasir Ris beach....

There is a gallop stable in the park where they operate a commercial riding stable for young kids to have fun riding these horses.

When they do cleaning up, the animal waste seeps into Sungei Api Api, which is just 5 metres away from the stable.

The river then drain into the sea which then pollute the water which make it unsafe for us to use the beach...

This is where NEA turn a blind eye and turn their heads the other way...

then hang some blinkers / hazard lights where the slacks are, can get from construction site nearby.

the ah tiongs will be happy and grateful, dinner is served :)

Are the horses meant to augment the over burdened public transport system?

Sounds like the stable is owned by some connected crony. That's how things are in this country. ;)
