Aung San Suu Kyi's Message to the FAP Traitors

She is not a fawning diplomat. She conceded Myanmar had a lot to learn from Singapore, but thought the process could be two-way. From Myanmar, Singapore could learn a “more relaxed way of life and warmer and closer family relations”.
Respect her for speaking heart truths.

LOL what is there to learn from Myanmar? LKYz grip is much better n LEEgal than Sr General Tian Shit...

[TD="class: msgtxt"]Suu Kyi said: "Leadership is not about being popular all the time. Sometimes, leadership means accepting that what you do may be unpopular and may well lose you the next elections. But if you truly believe that what you are doing is good for your country, you must be prepared to lose the next elections.
"That is one of the tests of true leadership, whether they'd rather be re-elected or rather they'd rather do the right thing, and secondly you have to respect the people truly, not pretend to respect them."

in simple English: Lee call an election now or resign!

There is no insult to the host and there is no need to say bad things too. Both countries walk on a nice and friendly politically correct and diplomatically acceptable platform. Why stir shit?

Ms Aung San is a great diplomat. Our PM is also a great diplomat. Both are great leaders!!! Majulah Myanmar!!! Majulah Singapura!!!
May both countries prosper.May both countries progress into the First World together.

It is an insult...you just cannot take it because you lick too much of your PAP balls.

She is an icon for democracy ..your sinkie loong is an incompetent self serving shit who do not respect the rights of the people.

An ad hominem argument is one that attacks a person's character rather than what he or she is saying with the intention of diverting the discussion and discrediting the person's argument. For example, You're not a historian; why don't you stick to your own field. Here, whether or not the person is a historian has no impact on the merit of their argument and does nothing to strengthen the attacker's position.

This type of personal attack is referred to as abusive ad hominem. A second type, known as circumstantial ad hominem, is any argument that attacks a person for cynical reasons, by making a judgment about their intentions. For example, You don't really care about lowering crime in the city, you just want people to vote for you. There are situations where one may legitimately bring into question a person's character and integrity, such as during a testimony.

Chump, fuck back home and tell your 46.75% Government about Democracy!

blind worship of an underdog is sheer ignorance
idolizing a fighter of human rights is natural
what really counts is the ability to govern
the capability to hold a nation and move its people
you can be a hero
but if you do nothing to move a country
you are just a lifeless idol

there are many Myanmar people who are happily working here
they will return when the time is ripe
there is no need for anyone to tell them to do what is only natural for any citizen of the world
if conditions are not conducive, many will choose to stay here
I;ve met many and they are happy working and living here - they are nice and decent people
very hard working and very polite - but by no means push overs
