our government's problem is their disconnection from reality on the ground. for whatever reasons their grassroots has failed to give them an accurate report of the ground. reports aside, their lives in the lap of luxury keep them separated even further from the masses whom they are crafting policies for. what's the point of a country surviving but citizens diminishing? then you're just a money center for the rich and connected.

here in sgp, the average worker is expected to work for the least amount of wages for the country to stay competitive. but at the top our government demands top salaries for themselves. what gives?
