Will tell you later but start with this.

Every few months I go to JB to do a few things dental treatment, buy medicine for.my mother and.maybe watch.a few.movies. Given that it is risky due to high crime in JB some ask if it is worth the risk.
so far I.haven't been robbed or murdered (yet?).but you should be asking the hoards of singaporeans pouring money into Iskanda with the plan to settle there. I am usually there for half a day but those guys plan to spend a good.part of their life there....why? because the cost of living is much lower.
;
anyway I met my friend based in Korea last CNY. I was telling him abt.my trips.to buy medicine from JB. He told me he also buy medicine and.stuff from korea because.it is cheaper. Same medicine cheaper elsewhere than singapore...why? because drug companies price their medicine based on per.capita gdp which is very high in simgapore one of the highest in the world but it income is not well distributed. Similarly because.of high per capita GDP singaporeans end up paying the highest prices EPL prices anywhere in the world although.the average person is not so high income.

housing prices are.pushed up.by the buying.power.of the top.10 to 20%... such is the disadvantage of living in a; an unequal wealth distribution where cost and income has become detached for the ordinary people.

Pappies want everything in top.
One of their mottos is "no one remembers first runner up, thus you should strive to be the first".
Then, the policies so far are for super-doers, riches and elites.

They screw sinkie ass and your PAP make sure it does that hard... ass pain or not sinkies?
