SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for information on the identity of a man who allegedly insulted the modesty of a woman at Blk 405, Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 on 5 August 2013 at about 9pm.

The man has a tanned complexion and is believed to be in his 20s or 30s. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt with yellow shorts and a pair of slippers.

Anyone with information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000. Information can also be submitted online via the CrimeStopper portal at https://app.spf.gov.sg/CrimeStopper/CrimeStopper.aspx. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
