A quick glance at most singaporans will reveal most of them have tummies. Slender arms, slender legs but big tummies.
When I go to places like Saladstop at Raffles Place, everyone looks model slim and good. So if u want to be slim, have salad. But don't be like that asshole vegan tonychat. Have some poached chicken in your salad to have protein to create lean muscle.
Jog twice a week. At least half an hour per session.
