Nearly electrocuted myself, luckily fuse blew

Eventful recent days for me, first having my hand chewed on by a colleague who was in a lot of pain from stones, then winning starters in 4D and then earlier today nearly electrocuted in the office.

I was cutting a cardboard with a pen knife but wasn't aware that the wire to my laptop charger was underneath. So when I slashed through I got a shock that knocked me a few feet away, then the office power tripped.

I was blur for a few seconds, then recovered - not wounded except for my pride.

Now, if only I can think of a 4D number to mark this event.

Got one time I was trying to tidy up the messy wires on the floor,
did not see a small exposed live wire, as I held it, I got a shock,
luckily my elbow was touching the window grill, the electricity just
shot out of my elbow and into the window grill in split second,
don't know what will happen if my elbow was not touching the window grill??
