I don't know why people always laugh this off. It would absolutely make sense. Seatbelts save lives.

How about standing in the bus while it's moving?

These rules are in place for school buses, why not for any bus? Why not for companies transport of foreign workers? Moving workers around like cattle on the back of a truck looks good on Singapore!?

And all you guys care about is the nationality of one driver.....:*:. That's as as good as trying to live with the problem instead of solving it. It will not change a thing.

Confirmed Ah tiong was speeding. If he hadn't speed, he could have stopped the bus by turning the engine off if the brakes failed. Because he was speeding, he don't have much time to react.
