Country going downhill eversince pinky took over.....

Earning capacity is a personal responsibility. Those who feel they aren't earning enough should strive to improve their market value in order to move up the salary ladder.

You can't hold the government responsible for the pay packet of each and every individual. That's simply ridiculous.

When I started my working life, my pay was nothing to write home about. However, I realised that if I could get myself promoted to management level, my pay would more than double so I set about to do something about it. 18 months later, I was rewarded with a huge pay rise.

In the process I learned that promotions were all about getting noticed by the right people so I started playing tennis with my Ang Moh bosses at the American Club on a regular basis. I also bought toys for their kids and flowers for their wives. As expected, my investment paid of handsomely.

No wonder you're so clever to phor-lum-par!

I agree. On that basis i find the Malaysian Barisan Nasional govt the bestest.
The corruption provides ample opportunities to amass wealth for the smart ones.

It's called working the system. It's an essential skill in any organisation. The alternative is to change the system but before you do that, you need to be in a position of considerable authority but in order to get there, you have to work the system first.

There's no point banging your head against a brick wall.

This National Day I'll recommend Sam to be awarded The Public Service Medal of Merit in gold.

This is where Chee failed badly and WP scored.
