SINGAPORE - Stomp reported that a fire was seen at the Traffic Police station in Paya Lebar Road at about 1.15pm.

A Stomp contributor, Diana, had said the SCDF soon arrived to put out the blaze.

Diana said:

"We were enjoying our lunch in the office when suddenly one of our colleagues ran in and urged us to go out.

"We were all surprised to see that a fire had broken out at the Traffic Police station, and a lot of loud sounds were heard.

"Within five minutes, two fire engine cars arrived and put the fire down."

the spf was so competent that when there was a fire in one of their police stations, the scdf arrived first. the spf cummed much later after the fire was put out. :p

That's because SCDF HQ is just 200 metres away.

And it's pretty stupid that a day time fire got out of control. If it is a laboratory, oil/gas industry, I can perfectly understand. But what the fuck? Traffic police HQ? Do they keep buckets of diesel inside?
