High speed rail all the way to china.
Senai airport to go international.
Pelapas to become international port.

Only ignorant sinkies will think that they have picked up bargains in iskandar. Most sinkies being apartment dwellers all their lives have not realize the true cost of maintaining landed properties. Costs will escalate as it ages, plus the typical poor workmanship in Malaysia. Be prepared to continuously dump more money in the coming years as everything needs to repair regularly. Not to mention pest control and extra security costs.
