Welcome to 3rd world Singapore where the impressive modern infrastructure is 1st world but the behavior of the population is 3rd world.

You can't have a truly 1st world country when the hardware is 1st world but the software is still 3rd world.

It's the same in other majority ethnic Chink societies like Taiwan, HK, and major cities in China. Their software are still 3rd world but their hardware are 1st world which are very impressive mainly for face and show.

The only truly 1st world countries in the world are Western developed countries plus Japan and South Korea.
