3 similiars sms (diff hp nos) within 2 weeks, this is what i received offering loans.

I made 2 complaints to the above hot line and nothing was being done

i believe many other people also encounter such nuisance sms

when I asked the officer which gov ministry the above belong to

she told me is MHA
