Those who kenna scam in 2013 are idiots. They are relatives of people scam before. That said, HDB itself is a scam.

Immigrate to western cuntry and can do the home reno yourself at a fraction of the cost done in peesai. Went to Homedepot once and they were selling 2x2 feet marble tiles for 2 bucks each.

The person who most deserve to get fucked in this whole mess is the so called 'Victim 9'! Victim 9 introduced the m&d conman to his son, his neighbor and his daughter in law parents!
