my best time was 7:56 min for 2.4km

2.4km is actually my warm up distance for my 10km run...why you guys seems to treat 2.4km like a Marathon.

East Coast still the best... girl population generally younger n hotter and there is some "show-off" element in their attire. The worst is those along Serangoon River/Punggol Waterways - they wear their ugly looking oversized shorts and shirts like they just came out of the kitchen.
