No fullproof (in Tony's case, fool-proof) way of telling if a woman has given birth, even if undressed and have sex.
 
Tonychat you chump, most probably your Thai teerak is a single mother and her kid(s) is/are with her parents in her home province.

Most you can tell, but some, with "home improvement", you may have to examine the "goods" much closer. One of the tell tale sign is the bum, extremely rounded ones & wider hips. The reason , the pelvic bone are stretched wide, when the woman give bith, and after birth they don't spring back, hence the wider hips. Even when a woman goes for caesarian, the hips gets a bit wider, for the weight of the fetus will widen it, something like a scaffolding support. The hips will become naturally wider.

Closer examination would be, stretch marks, & by lower segment Caesarean Section, the cut marks can be seen, unless you have an O&G whose surgical skills is very good. Other than that, the inner protruding lips of the "you know what" is darkish in color & many childbirth & abrasion it becomes black, normally they are pinkish or flesh color. The other one, would be, the more the descend of babies...it will become very loose. I forgot, the "mangoes" may sag in some cases, too much milk in them, "oh mammy, oh mammy blues"... ha ha ha & the Aurora at the nipples ( not Naples), will become dark ( normally pinkish & slightly brownish)& if the baby suckle hard & much...it will become a big BULB & some like cauliflowers.
