ebay is best for such thing, not everything is available in the shop, that is why internet shopping is so great.
 
Can't you just google "custom made mats Singapore"?

I did that and there are quite a few doing car mats. I'm sure they can make a house mat for you if you are willing to pay.
 
Best bet is City Plaza, Joo Chiat / Geylang vicinity. Notice Malay households tend to have it.

Just print a A4 sized poster and paste on main door that say :

No footwear beyond door.
FINE $100!


Anyone will not miss this poster and no one will dare to challenge you! More effective than anything and you may make a big bundle as landlord!
