Woman who fell from 3rd storey of Circuit Rd block arrested for immigration offences

A Vietnamese woman fell from the third storey of Block 69 Circuit Road at about 7.20am today (Mar 19). She was subsequently arrested by the Police for immigration offences.
STOMPer Erick, who lives on the ground floor of the block, said that he heard a loud thud while he was in his flat.
He went out of his flat and saw the woman lying at the foot of the block, bleeding from her head but conscious.
He said:
"A Vietnamese girl fell from the third storey of Block 69 at about 7:20am today."
Erick said he was not sure what had caused the woman to fall. He said police officers arrived soon after.
The STOMPer added:
"She was attended to and sent to hospital in 15 minutes.
"Kudos to efficient response by the Singapore Police Force.
A spokesperson for the Singapore Police Force said:
"Police received a call at 5.50am requesting for assistance at Block 69 Circuit Road.
"Upon arrival, a woman was found lying at the foot of the block at the location.
"She was conveyed to Changi General Hospital and is in stable condition.
"She was subsequently arrested for immigration offences."
