To be a clean government, let declare our assets and possession

Confuse me is that they do not need to declare their assets and possession.

Asset declaration is compulsory in all developed countries; Taiwan, S.Korea, Japan, even in poor Thailand.

Then how could we know ourselves about our MPs and Ministers whether they are clean?
