IPPT 2.4KM Run

Used to run at the Police Academy. Still recall my first day when I stopped running after about 400m. Didn't exercised for years and was completely stoned when had to run under the hot sun. When I ran just before passing out, slightly past 9 minutes!

After passing out and for the next 2 decades or so, it was easier passing IPPT. Testers always give face to senior officers. Very common for senior officers to pass. For the really CMI types, special sessions on Sundays. Even the obese will pass on Sundays. When you see them mount the chin-up bar, you worry for the structure.

So under hot sun cannot catch thief after 400m? :D

Sir, I don't need to run in the course of my work! If need to chase, my subordinates do the running. Not me. To make arrests, I make use of the phone to get the culprits to walk-in and surrender. Life was great when I was with the SPF.
