Saw an interesting article that claims the latest version of Soviet S-300 anti-missile system is better and superior to the USA's Patriot.

The missile system is currently deployed in Iran (albeit secretly) by the Soviet as a "Operation and Testing" environment for their system
evaluation.

The comparison was make on the basis of competing standalone system (ie. Without backup AWAC, ECM, ECCM, satellite tracking, etc).
