Even Private sector scholarship goes to foreigners

SINGAPORE - Luxury fashion retailer Club 21 launched the Club 21 Scholarship to commemorate its 40th year anniversary.

The bond-free merit scholarship supports outstanding undergraduate or graduate students in the fields of fashion, retail, or the services and creative industries. The Club 21 Scholarship is open to all nationalities and broadly accepts applicants from all accredited schools and institutions.

There is NO need to cater to foreigners. The government already dishes out tens of millions in scholarships to foreigners. One scholarship given to foreigner means one less for sinkees - that is as good as exclusion. If citizens don't have first priority, what's the point of being a citizen?

Looks like I have to stop buying ck Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani, A|X Armani Exchange, Balenciaga, Mulberry Dolce & Gabbana,and Lanvin.-some of my favourite brands.I'm sure Ong BS do not need my business but its a matter of conscience.

By the way isn't it Ong BS 's HPL that gave the discount on Nassim Jade and Scotts 28 to the Lee family ?
