I know you're going to say next that they aren't earning enough but the question then has to asked why this is so in the first place. There are many ways to generate wealth. Slogging for someone else for a pittance isn't the ideal way of earning a living.

The education system is geared to train people to be employees. Throw in the other brainwashing, sinkees just don't think much. So, sinkees are handicapped by the system that made them so.

I go on and and on and on because I want to stir some fire in the bellies of Singaporeans who seem to have ended up taking pleasure in wallowing in misery and self pity instead. This is not the spirit that built the country. For goodness sake show some zest for life. People are never victims of circumstance. Every individual forges his/her own destiny. Set backs aren't show stoppers. They're just speed bumps.

I hope you succeed because I would like to see the fire burn with such intensity that they will do whatever it takes to get rid of the PAP morons. If that happens, we will all thank you.

Even if that is indeed the case, there is nothing wrong with renting while waiting for your "rights" to materialise. Breaking up a relationship because a pigeon hole is not readily available personifies what is wrong with the country. It is nothing to do with govt. It is ordinary citizens with an absolutely contorted sense of what is important.
