If the number of grandpas, grandmas, uncle and aunties who turned up yesterday does not convince those who insist that the internet is consumed only by the young, then long may they continue to do so. Some of us have long believed that consumption of the media goes beyond the immediate recipient - emails, blogs, links go viral as well as via good old fashioned word-of-mouth to the elders.
And the uncles and aunties happily joined in the laughter when one of the speakers used the passing of the PWP by the PAP MPs as the passing of the Motion on the White Paper when he asked, "What happened?" and a couple of other daily motion/white paper 'jokes'.
