PAP can increase Singapore population to 10M people in 2030 and keep their GDP growth as well.
with 3M Sinaporeans leaving Singapore with dual citizenship status and living outside Singapore legally, PAP can fill in another 3M (vacant slots) in Singapore which is GDP growth for PAP till 2030.
Total population, as in citizenship members can reach 10M, in papers. 10M voters can vote in GE with overseas voters increase 3-5 folds. There is no need to reclaim land whatesoever.
