Dr Koh claimed that in his 14 years with public health services, he has never seen a patient being turned away because he had no money to pay. He may not have seen it, but that doesn't mean that it does not happen.

In one case I witnessed, a man needed to operations done but because he had insufficient funds, the hospital staff told him that he had to decide which one he needed first.

He must be the blindest and worst doctor in Singapore. All the doctors I know have experienced such cases. So he will not see any poor people if he is elected. Just like 2 cars is normal for Singaporeans.
