[h=1]What is the difference between the Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC Windows Phone 8X?[/h] Mobile Phones | 2013-01-21 10:15:00

Both the Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC Windows Phone 8X run on Microsoft's latest mobile operating system, boasting high-end specs such as LTE support and impressive imaging technology.
The Lumia 920, Nokia's flagship WP8 handset, features innovations such as wireless charging and a large 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ display. The touchscreen is also sensitive to fingernail touches, gloved hands and even metal keys. The 8.7-megapixel camera uses optical image stabilization technology, which is touted to perform better in low-light conditions and give less shaky handheld videos.
On the other hand, the HTC Windows Phone 8X, which Microsoft calls its "flagship" WP8 handset, is smaller, thinner and lighter. The 8X has an 8-megapixel BSI sensor and fast F2.0 aperture, although it probably wouldn't perform as well as the Lumia 920 in low light, as our US counterparts have found. Compared with the Lumia handset though, the 8X gives you a little more creative control over your images, with a built-in photo enhancer.
If you're in Singapore, there's a longer wait in store for the Lumia 920, so that's going to be a factor when deciding which phone to get.

What are you, a Microsoft or Nokia employee?

Sigh, unfortunately, I still haven't found a phone I like in these current crop of phones. Looks like I'll just stick to my Nokia 8800 then.

Nokia Pained by Windows Phone Share Losses

We are raising our 12-month price target on Nokia (ticker: NOK) to $2.50 from $2.00 based on 15 times our calendar-2013 earnings-per-share forecast. We reiterate our Sell rating on the stock.

Results demonstrate that share loss within Windows Phone ecosystem is likely to continue. Nokia had nearly 80% of all Windows Phone shipments in the third quarter. Nokia's Windows Phone share looks to have fallen to 45%-50% in the fourth quarter based on the preannouncement and Microsoft's comments on total Windows Phone handsets in the quarter. We expect Nokia's share will continue to drop as competitive Windows Phone 8 products like the Huawei Ascend W1 and new models from Samsung, ZTE and HTC hit the market in 2013.

hahahah NOKIA is soo screwed,,,dont see what the benefit of partnering with microshit when other competitors can offer the same platform,,,,
