Ujana keys taken, but electricity not connected to unit. UEM also seems to delay in paying back the late delivery compensation & rental rebate,..have to chase 2 different departments,.. Accounts & marketing. Buyers should collectively group together, otherwise uem land continues to play "Akan dating" & blames teenage national,...also lots of mint defects not attended to,... :(. My late interest haven't waive so I not go collect my key now from last month ! I got cal UEM ! They said wil mail me again the interest waive letter and statement then just go collect the key!they also said wil chase my bank paid full money to them ! But until now I still haven get my bank said they wil paid UEM ! I just waiting only !!

Hi Jason, if submitted by lawyer then normally it should take one month or slightly more to approve. EL case is because land title transfer being delayed from bank to developer that the reason why lawyer never submit til recently. If better u check with your lawyer to get the whole clear picture.

Is yr state consent referring to Ujana? why so late submission? almost everyone got it by last year already. I got my SC for Phase 8 last year liao.

I saw my SC for phase 7 and is only approved on Sept 2012 which is good as I do not have to start paying for loan that will be disbursed according to progressive payment.

I heard that "Electricity has been connected to my unit" <-I am chasing for reconfirmation
electricity issue, you need to apply to TNB(open an account sort of thing). then contractor will install TNB meter to your unit. only then you will get connected to electricity.
as for water, since it is a strata building, you pay to the management.
Electricity - paid deposit during key collection, signed some blank forms,..
Water - ditto
there is a time lag "delay" of about 4 weeks' from keys collection to electricity connection
seems that developer is blaming TNB for this delay
For sake of good-will,.. I adopt a give & take attitude,..
but legally, would the Lawyers in this forum advise whether cast to claim for "late delivery" ?
did the management appoint anyone to install the meter? last time when i bought my 1st house the management gave me the contractor contact and I liase directly with the contractor. they came to install TNB meter within a few days.
