Just viewed the ST 701 online property ads.

There is one agent that is advertising a whole list of homes that are already "SOLD", and in multiple districts.

Why is he advertising a product that is not for sale???

Would anyone pay and place an ad in the papers that says "sold out, no more stock"

Any agents here can enlighten?

trying to show you that how high he can sell.

in fact there is 1 flyer that i recieve was super exaggerating. he put down the price of $600k sold for a 5I unit in pasir ris while market is about $380-420k.
