We are having this By Elections, because staff of People Association went on tax payer funded galavanting tour of foreign cities in the name of bonding with PAP MPs out which a PAP MP ended having a mangoistic torrid affair with a senior constituency staff of PA?

The CEO of People's Association is Yam Ah Mee and he is now named as the Returning Officer of this By Elections. A costly By Elections whose integrity and control is now assigned to the man whose staff is the direct cause for this By Elections.

For those who can't get their head around this, this is akin to a convicted Pedophile's father named to chair the committee that will draw up the screening control framework for all staff recruited to work with little children.

How screwed up are we when we can't even figure this out and you can't tell me that an alternative responsible individual cannot be identified and assigned to this role. All it is requires is gazetting.
