A quick search on the net found the 2002 and 2003 Annual Reports of Horizon Educations & Technologies Ltd in which he was listed as one of top 5 executives (although he was not a Director) drawing annual salary of “below 250K”. At that time, the Chairman was Lt-Gen Ng Jui Ping. The company, now known as euNetworks Group Ltd is listed on the SGX.

Looks like it was another GLC then.
