Be very afraid as there is 1 billion in TC funds and Teo was mastermind of the minibond losses.

This reasoning is unreasonable because the contractor is providing service to the Town Council employees and hence a certain number of computers used by the employees, and NOT THE RESIDENTS directly. Unless the number of computers increases, the increase in the number of residents does not result in the contractor having to do more work.

Teo Ho Pin: Contract with AIM benefits town councils

"This is reasonable as the contractor has agreed to provide services on the basis of the existing TC- and town-boundaries, and priced this assumption into the tender. Should this change materially, the contractor could end up providing services to a TC which comprises a much larger area and more residents, but at the same price."

Very reasonable answer from Ho. In fact I already more or less knew what Ho would say because it is simply logical.
It wasn't AIM who terminated service for AHTC like Sylvia mislead the public into thinking but Sylvia who kaykiang and terminated AIM's service thinking she could get her cronies to set up a company to do the same thing.
An even better question to ask Sylvia is, how could it be of public interest for WP to terminate AIM's service for AHTC and mislead the public on this issue?

Shouldn't there be a priviso clause in place for contract variations rather than outright termination?

The tone of no confidence reeks and smells, even in Chandra Das statement broadcasted on the news. So much hesitation, sounded as if he was not sure of the actual reason himself.

Some hilarious extracts:

"consolidate their software rights in a single party..............", how ironical.

in the end, only Aim submitted a bid. Ooooooh, how convenient.

The single party is owned by PAP. How crappy!

Question from Sylvia and public all answered fully.
So why did Sylvia terminate the service and then misled the public into believing it was AIM who terminated the contract?

Question to Sylvia very very fully and perfectly answered.
So why did Ho sell the software to 2 dollar company and misled the public to believe that it is a normal practice and good when the company has no competencies in IT?

The PAP town councils sold the management software to a third party because it was "cumbersome and inefficient" to have 14 individual town councils hold intellectual property rights to the software.

Mr Teo,

Pray, tell us - how "cumbersome and inefficient" is it for a one-pager indicating who owns what intellectual property, for what period, for how much. Period. And templates for these are easily found via Google. If this is considered cumbersome, then how good can you and your colleagues be managing the towns?

why can't the IP rights be transferred under PMO since this software would be used for the town councils?

Teo Ho Pin cann even answer one question.
Why did Teo sell to a 2dollar company which has no ability to manage IT by itself and then misle the public into believing that AIM is qualified to do so and a good choice?
