If ST reporter meant the one near Singpost, than it may not be Upper Thomson 7-11 because the OCBC atm is situated on the right side of the store, the above photo showed it on the left. Probably Rochor center? Anyway most 7-11 store got OCBC ATM.

Yes, that is Jalan leban, Near to Sing Ming Rd, next to Hua Nam Restuarant, the OCBC ATM is smaller on the right hand side.

That is what I am saying, the one near to Upper Thomson Rd Post office, is next to Hua Nam Resturant, that serves good Cantonese food for more than 30 plus years, the OCBC ATM there is the very old type, small & is on the right of the door.

The row of shop houses there had undergone changes over the last many years, there was a bakery shop there, a very old Pawnshop, the car tires shop is till there, before the Prata shop, in the corner opposite the post office, used to be POSB branch, now Standard Chartered Bank..

A transsexual who performed oral sex on a 15-year-old boy was jailed for 15 months on Wednesday.

The long-haired and bespectacled Tan Yeong Perng, 36, had admitted earlier to the sexual offence in the storeroom of a 7-Eleven store in Upper Thomson on Jan 8, 2011.

A district court heard that he was working as a store assistant and cashier when the victim came to the convenience store at around 2am to buy pancakes.

Tan, who underwent breast implant surgery in Thailand in 2004, cross-dresses as a female and wears make-up, asked the student his name, age and where he lived. Not wanting to reveal too much as Tan was a stranger, the victim revealed his age among a few other bits of information.

I think the TS's photo showed the 7-11 store at Jalan Leban off Upper Thomson Road. The OCBC ATM is on the left.

The OCBC ATM at Upper Thomson Road ( along the dangerous stretch of road with many fatal accidents ) is to the right of the small and crowded 7-11. The Hua Nam Restaurant served mainly cantonese food and tim sum.

The one at Jalan Leban, The Plum Village, serves wonderful and delicious Hakka food - one that is patronised by many VVIPs.
