26 of Jan next year and it is on an official holiday here. what will you be doing for this special occassion?

CNY has som similarities with Xmas;

we have God of Fortune - equiv of santa claus
we have kumquat tree - equiv of xmas tree
we have ang pao - equiv of presents
we have bar kwa - equiv of turkey.

My daughter's birthday is on 26 Jan. So its going to be triple celebration for me. ;)

As usual, we'll be in Shanghai with family - so I'll let off some fireworks in honour of Australia Day!! :D
