Why not someone suggest to him to design a new uniform? Oh yeah i think too senile already probably cannot walk.

Like PAP who is without fault, no one dares to make any suggestions. Like LKY said before after the "ponding" that no amount of engineering can prevent flooding who in NUS or NTU or any big construction and engineering companies dare to say otherwise? My customers in Japanese and Korean construction companies were laughing their socks off.
