AN Indian national was killed on Saturday after he was hit by a Ferrari along Clementi Road.
Mr S Raja, a 22-year-old construction worker, was crossing the street near the Japanese School at about 8pm when he was struck by the sports car.

He was flung several metres and died on the spot from severe head injuries.

He was crossing the street with a colleague from construction firm Sato Kogyo. The other man was not injured in the collision.

The 37-year-old driver of the Ferrari was arrested and is assisting police with investigations.

The car had a shattered windscreen and a damaged front bumper. Its left rear-view mirror was also ripped off.

According to the New Paper, a co-worker said Mr Raja had been in Singapore for almost two years and was looking forward to going home after earning some money.

'Now it will never happen,' he said.

Ferrari drivers should be allowed to run down anyone they want as long as the victim is in the "dispensable" category.

like your good self

That may be the case at the moment. However, I'm shopping around for a Ferrari and will soon be elevated considerably in the pecking order. :p

If you are driving in Singapore in your Ferrari...consider adding, 'kangaroo bars' and other form of grills...

You won't to hurt the great numbers of FOREIGN TALENTS..that "BUILT THIS CITY"..don't you?; and damaged such an expensive, good-looking machine!

One thing for certain, the driver is likely to get away with it . The media is likely to hush up the matter and in no time the public will soon forget the incident.

Ok I'll say it first and get it out of the way....

Bangla + walking at night = accident

Yup...cannot tell the difference one from the other..anyway at least he died in style...getting killed by a ferrari...as opposed to those cheap vioses, lanchiows...lancers and latios

I'd rather die by Ferrari than a mysterious rash

Just my personal opinion .....

Why they never say driver is from where? Some Ang Mo who they want to let go quietly?

those FTs crossing roads without observing traffics like their fathers'. one time, a bangladesh crossed the road in his bicycle when the light was red and knocked at my car, and damaged the door. lan lan absorbed the repair cost my-self. what if the ferrari driver knocked the Ft who made a crossing without observing the traffic rule? also lan lan lah.
