Lets just say if he misappropriated $4.8 mil and he went on the run for 6 years. When he kenna caught he could return all back 100% and more because he made good investment etc. What you think will be the jail term?

Restitution is considered in sentencing. If the other party did not lose out he would still get a jail term, the extent of which would be dependent on things like the scale and planning involved in removing the money. My guess (purely a guess) is 3-5 years. There has to be a jail term of some significance otherwise other people would think that it is ok to do such "unofficial borrowing " of money.

He would hve greatly contributedbto the Bar or even the Bench had he not get suckered in gambling.

hw cant make the bench cos he is msian. Dont you know?

Cheng Yew got 12, Kong Hee should get at least 20 for good measure.

KONG should be locked up for life. He is using religion to subvert the peaceful and prosperous Singapore!

He didn't subvert Singapore, he misappropriate church money and deceived his church members.
