So the moot point is this. If a strike is conducted without any masterminds involved, then everyone is safe to strike.

going by this example, as long as one is not the mastermind, and got MC, all will be fine

Last year there was that passing fad, The Black Sunday Movement. The cops were clearly around at the places it gathered. It fizzled out. That about sums up the excitement level in sinkie land.
