TRE and its sister websites have never handled tragedies in good faith or with good sense.

All they care about is traffic and sensationalism. Their track record shows. When you're talking about the grief of a parent or a mother, at least show some human decency.

TRE started off as an anti WP site. Much of their criticism was in fact, legitimate, but they took it too far and it became an obsession. They cannot wrestle themselves from it. Its in their DNA.

The Remembrance poppy symbolises UK servicemen killed in conflict. Of course there is no comparison with Singaporean NSFs killed in accidents. But that does not stop blogs like TRE from making comparisons even when there is no remote link whatsoever. These are pro-SDP/RP blogs. That is why those parties will never progress politically.

Not about a particular contributor or a particular image of a poppy. Its the overall way TRE and its sibling sites approach disasters, tragedies and loss of life in general.

Contributors to TRE are not necessarily contributors; TRE pilfers and steals. I have lost count of the number of times postings in SBF have appeared in TRE with only the moniker shown but no proper link back to the original posting or proper acknowledgment of where and who posted it.
