What is your latest favourite war movie?

Saving Ryan's private. Showing how such a country cares for family jewels.

anybody watched Dead Presidents (1995)? There was a very brutal vietnam war sequence in the movie. I still remember the part when one of the GIs went missing after going for a piss and when they found him, he was alive but cut open. And his own dick was in his mouth

Also touched on the 60s racism in the vietnam war as well. I want to watch it again but can't find it in Singapore because of the violent content.

Ed Harris is a very under-rated actor.

Too bad the sex scene between Rachel Weisz and Jude Law was cut out on our movie screen.

I've always enjoyed watching Joe fiennes' as an actor. He's got a very kiam hoot face and makes a very good bastard. Was damn happy when he was killed in the end :D

Lawrence of Arabia
Battle of Tobruk
A Bridge Too Far ( operation Market garden)

I like Nanking! Nanking!.

Rare to see a PRC movie seeing things from an aggressor's perspective.
